Delivery arrangements depend on the replacement building, supplier, postcode and access. The confirmed date, charges and method will be set out with your order.
Before delivery
Plan the access as carefully as the building.
Replacement shed packs are commonly delivered on a pallet and unloaded from the vehicle using a tail lift and pallet truck. The driver can normally leave the pallet only where the vehicle and pallet truck can reach safely, often a driveway or pavement-side position.
Tell us about narrow roads, low branches, steps, steep slopes, gravel, soft ground, parking restrictions or long carrying distances before the date is booked.
Charges and remote areas
Any delivery surcharge for a remote location, island, timed service or redelivery will be confirmed before the order is placed.
Installation timing
Do not arrange an independent installer for the same day unless delivery and installation are part of one confirmed service. Traffic and supplier delays can change arrival times.
